This is Gunnar, if you don't know I'm the founder of The Sasquatch Coffee Company (aka Sasquatch Coffee) and I know this may be kinda weird, but I'm asking for your help.
I've been trying to grow Sasquatch Coffee for quite a while now (about 8 years) and part of that involves this list which we call the 'Sasquatch Nation'. over time it's grown to over 1,600 subscribers, which by e-commerce standards is on the small side.
I'm not sure how you decided to join the tribe of the Sasquatch Nation, but I assume that at some point you must have tried Sasquatch Coffee and liked it or maybe you just signed up for a free sample or came here through a drawing we participated in, but you obviously came here for some reason.
So what I'm looking for is your input as to what I should be sending you in terms of emails. I know that I mostly send out promotions trying to boost sales a little. That's probably kind of annoying at times. lol
Over the last week or so I sent out a few emails one promoting a contest called 'Sip with Sasquatch'
which I thought would be fun-which so far has gotten absolutely zero response (so if you want to win a year's worth of coffee it'd be super easy at this point, lol).
You should have also received an offer for $10 off any order of $75 or more which I thought was a pretty good deal, but apparently I
was wrong as zero people agreed with me.
I also sent out an email letting you know that I'd make a $10 donation to our local Women's Crisis Center for a purchase of $75 or more (and you'd get free shipping). Nada responses and in fact I think 7 or 8 people unsubscribed (which kinda surprised me).
I hope you're not thinking I'm whining and complaining. I would really appreciate your feedback as to where I'm missing the mark.
Am I sending emails too often? Would you like to see emails that are things other than promotions? Info about coffee?
Info and Bigfoot? Info with tips for Squatchin' or camping hacks?
What kind of promotions would you like to see (free gifts w/purchase, discounts $ off vs % off).
I know that everyone is going to have the
time or energy or whatever to respond or maybe you just don't give a rip and I get that. So for those that do I'll send you a little care package in the mail (a Sasquatch Coffee sticker, some Bigfoot stickers, a Sasquatch Coffee coaster..and yeah probably an offer with a promo code, but a REALLY good one PLUS I'll probably randomly include a coffee sample).
I DO really appreciate the time you took if you read all of this and look forward to hearing from you and I'll definitely be making some changes based of your input.
